1.1 Parties to the Agreement

This agreement is made between bdi77 ("we", "platform") and any individual or entity ("user", "you") who uses the bdi77 website, application, or any other digital service.

By registering on, accessing, or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

1.2 Age Requirement

All bdi77 services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. You must confirm that you meet the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. Use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration.
• bdi77 may request documents for age verification at any time.
• Providing a false age will result in immediate account termination.

2.1 Account Creation

To create an account on bdi77, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and all deposited funds being forfeited.

• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Keeping your login credentials secure is your responsibility.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdi77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request is made or after a certain volume of transactions. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents.

bdi77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. During this time, deposited funds and gameplay may continue.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

bdi77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• Technical or security-related reasons.

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bdi77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Successfully processed deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from bdi77 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete. Large withdrawal amounts may be temporarily held during a security review.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on bdi77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). It is each user's own responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws. bdi77 does not accept responsibility for paying taxes on behalf of users.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bdi77 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• Certain games or bet types may not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• bdi77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if manipulation is suspected.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers must be used within a specified time period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically once the deadline passes. A user may not use more than one bonus at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise. bdi77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate; this is a long-term average, not a guarantee for any single session.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

5.3 Technical Errors

The bdi77 VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, the Silver tier offers up to 1.0% weekly cashback, and the Gold tier offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the player's overall activity and regular participation. VIP tier benefits and terms may change.

6.2 Applicability of VIP Benefits

Weekly cashback for VIP members is credited to the account every Monday. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback funds. bdi77 reserves the right to change VIP program benefits, rates, or terms at any time, and an effort will be made to notify all members in advance.

7.1 Data Protection
